By eating a breakfast, lunch, and dinner it is possible to give yourself less food at each meal yet still feel satisfied. You will be more successful at dieting by eating less of what is good for you. It is not the best thing to do if all you want is to lose weight fast, but it is the way that works the best over the long haul.
